Sidecar Cocktail
30ml (1floz) Brandy
30ml (1floz) Triple Sec or Cointreau
20ml (¾floz) Fresh Lemon Juice
Sugar
Orange or Lemon Slice
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, which has been frosted with sugar.
Garnish with a slice of orange or lemon twist.
