Boil, steam, braise or fry.
Season: Available all year, but best from September to January.

Description
European flounder or fluke, doesn't have a great flavour, but winter and summer flounder are better tasting.
Cooking
Sold whole or as fillets.
Grill, fry or poach.
Season: Available throughout the year.
